Ticket Connect enables the digitization of service management by providing a future-oriented, generic and scalable ticket connect system which aligns ticket systems of different providers. The focus is on a secure and fast exchange of tickets. We offer the development of a ticket connect system for the exchange of incident tickets via API ticket systems of different providers. For the ticket connect system, we take on the project management, plan the architecture, create the specifications and are responsible for the development. After quality assurance in the laboratory, implementation and commissioning are taking place. On request, we are also pleased to take over the operation, including hosting and managed service.
